Capital One to Raise Credit Card Interest Rates

Capital One is following through on its promise to raise the interest rates for its entire customer base.

Back in February 2010, Capital One disclosed that it would raise interest rates on customer accounts, owing to “a downturn in the economy.”

Block Says “No RALs in 2012″

H&R Block confirmed that it will not offer refund anticipation loans during the 2012 tax season. Block did not have RALs last year.

Mango Raises its Prepaid Card Fees

The Steep Structural Slope against Job Growth

Part of the headwind thwarting efforts to curb unemployment stems from systematic shortcomings in worker training.
