		<description>Wow, what a spin!  As an H&amp;R competitor, I can tell you the reason their ERC or RAC business increased was because of their misleading advertising. They advertised, &quot; Receive up to a $9,999.00 Electronic Refund Check&quot;. Most consumers just assumed it was the same product. H&amp;R was not open and honest about it at all. Secondly, they advertised &quot;Free&quot; tax preparation for certain people filing E-Z forms. However they charged to E-file the return and prepare the client&#039;s state tax return. It cost these clients almost as much or more as they were paying elsewhere. The old &quot;get the suckers in the door&quot; scam! Let&#039;s see how all this plays out for next year. I am already receiving their clients calls for next year.</description>
