		<description>The question about the ROOF program is how do they determine who gets an extension of the 3 month stay?  It also seems that there may not be that much of a benefit to the community.  After the three months some family is still  homeless, and if the servicer sells the home for less than what it is worth it still brings down the property values of the homes around it. </description>
