I paid over $600 in overdraft fees and I'm getting $100 back! They are also suing me for fees I refused to pay! And....I caught the bank robber that had been there twice! And....received NOT a dime!!! How's that for "thank you"?

5/3 did not credit a CASH deposit for me and told me it had to be "routed" to the downtown bank for processing. CASH? They are also still taking out debits before credits to generate overdraft charges. Is there another class action suit in the works or how do I go about filing against these thieves?

You would think that after being sued and losing a bank would change their ways, but unfortunately it hasn't happened. This am when I woke up, I found a $37 o/d charge on my account, which was positive when I went to bed two nights ago, and again when I woke up the next morning. I had made a large deposit and knew that the funds would be held for a day - it even showed that on my account. However, while I was sleeping a check for $211 dollars came through which put me in o/d status because the funds hadn't cleared yet. Basically 53 took out the money, then processed the removal of the hold on my account, so sometime between midnight and 7am, I was overdrawn until they cleared my deposit and I now have an o/d charge. Unbelievable, I'm taking my banking elsewhere immediately.

They took me for over a $1000.00. I went to the bank & I called customer service and would complaine and ask for an explination but no one could give me one. Their charges didn't make any since. It was $8, $73, $35 $16 and it would be an everyday thing. So I closed the account, and there were allot of private conversations going on while they were closing the account. They new it wasn't right but wouldn't admit it. They do go thru allot of employees, there is always new faces in the bank.

You have to fill those things out if you are going to be a member of the certified class. Still, it doesn\'t seem right that they would need your social security number.

The only way to hit them where it counts is to file a comment of complaint with their regulator. Those complaints are counted and ultimately, 5/3 has to account for them. A lot of people have been telling me that they are frustrated about 5/3's account services. Of course, you should let the bank know that you are taking the matter to their supervisor. 5/3's regulator is the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Here is the portal for complaints: http://www.helpwithmybank.gov/complaints/index.ht...
