Parks Rezoned to Commercial: Prelude to Change of Use?

The land on which two mobile home parks in Columbia, Missouri sit was rezoned on Tuesday night.  Sunset and Ed’s Mobile Home Park had both been located just outside of the city limits of this Midwestern college town.  Upon annexation, though, City Council gave the parks a new zoning use.

Feds: MH will work with American Dream Downpayment Initiative

Residents Complete Park Purchase in California

August 20th, 2007

Residents of Palm Terrace MHP completed six years of organizing efforts to purchase their park. Palm Terrace, located in Aptos, California, has 48 units. Forty-two residents were a part of the group that organized to buy the park.

Funding to Clean up Abandoned Manufactured Homes is Here
