Recent news shows that manufactured housing is coming back. Sales are up. Maybe the industry is shedding its troubles with financing. Maybe consumers are just continuing to vote with feet for a type of housing that makes a lot of sense for some people.

HR 2139 passed the US House of Representatives on June 25th. This bill should increase investment in manufactured housing. The bill lifts a maximum level of investment by any one corporate entitity in the mh market. It was at 10 percent.
