		<description>Actually, it&#039;s 19%.  14% for royalties and 5% for marketing.  That 5% goes back into the area budget for mass marketing.  Still totally sucks to pay it, but it&#039;s not 24% as you have assumed.  Also, Corp financing is 12% but one can get a line of credit elsewhere for much less, but at least corp has it available to the franchisee as a point of last resort. I reccomend doing some fact checking.  For those that are looking to get into a tax franchise, there arent many other choices and this is probably the best quality choice.</description>
