OPEN LETTER TO MR. JAMIE DIMON

I am a Veteran of the Korean Conflict, with an honorable discharge and now approaching 80. I do not doubt your stated good intentions to "help War Veterans" but I can tell you that you and JP Morgan have done NOTHING to help this Veteran. That's for sure.

The buck does not stop there. Mr. Dimon, I worked for JP Morgan for 10 years, first at 23 Wall Street, then in your Paris Office....even even became Assistant Treasurer of your Bank. But to this day, I have not received as much as one dollar of Retirement money from your esteemed banking institution. Your Access HR officials of your Bank in Newark, DE., wrote me as recently as December 21, 2010 to say and I quote "We are unable to assist you"

And they add and I again quote: "We are unable to assist you with providing retirement plans documents for JP Morgan. JP Morgan did not start a vested retirement for their employees until 1976...."

So as a Veteran and ex-officer of your JP Morgan bank, I can ask you in this Open Letter:

Is this the way JP Morgan fulfills its role in the area of SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY?

Is this the way you treat not only those who have defended this country to make it safe for Democracy
but in addition gave your Bank 10 years of their life and service to JP Morgan, for NOTHING?
