But, that could change. The Directive says that they aren't suppose to do the products (i-advance, rals) without permission. Maybe they will get permission. Maybe not. But time is running out before TY 2011. I\'d say that SBTPG is a collateral victim, as a result. They are 90 days short of the beginning of tax season, and they don't have a bank partner. That is why it will ripple through the entire tax prep field. SBTPG was a likely partner for JTX and for Liberty, and it seemed as if they could have been poised to offer something to the independents, too.
